Larger venues usually have these items on hand, so they shouldn’t be too difficult to locate. Use signage to your advantage as well, so that you can give clear, friendly messages near temporary closures to deter crowds from heading where they shouldn’t. With a little bit of effort, you’ll be able to build a setup that easily redirects guests back toward the action.
